Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at jorawash.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from us. By placing an order, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

The Site is operated by Venati Trading LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria under registration number 175190908, VAT number BG175190908. In these Terms, "Jorawash," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Venati Trading LTD.

We currently sell to customers located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We may expand to other regions, including the European Union, in the future, and these Terms may be updated accordingly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We sell electric cleaning scrubbers with an extendable handle and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, and features accurately, but minor variations between the Site and the physical product may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product descriptions or pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on the Site.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Shipping, Risk & Title

Shipping timelines, carriers, and customs terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, we bear responsibility for import duties and customs clearance costs on your order (Delivered Duty Paid). Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Product Use & Safety

Our products are electrical cleaning devices intended for household use only. You agree to:

• read and follow any included instructions, warnings, and safety information before use;
• use the product only for its intended purpose;
• keep the product and its charging components away from conditions that could cause electrical hazard, including submersion beyond what the product is designed for; and
• not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the electrical components yourself.

Jorawash is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow included instructions.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your country of residence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venati Trading LTD's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Venati Trading LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or engage in fraudulent activity, including placing orders using false information.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Venati Trading LTD harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise or grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, in which case that mandatory right is not affected by this clause.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
